As the founder of Sowing Innovation Consulting, I’ve led high-impact missions including the structuration of the first private investment fund in French Guiana, a territorial startup accelerator, and an entrepreneurial bootcamp backed by institutional partners. I’ve also worked with utility groups, regional innovation agencies, and academic institutions to build sustainable governance and accelerate entrepreneurship. My approach blends strategic consulting, ecosystem building, and a strong alignment with ESG and SDG frameworks to turn bold ideas into actionable and scalable solutions. Previously as a Senior Consultant at Wavestone, I led digital transformation programs for top French banks, and worked in Silicon Valley with L’Atelier BNP Paribas, bridging European corporates with the US tech ecosystem. Alongside my consulting practice, I actively contribute as a board member and Deputy Secretary General of La French Tech Guyane, driving regional innovation initiatives and representing the ecosystem at both national and international levels.
