Executed through human-driven methodologies such as design thinking, behavioral sciences, data, and research to create meaningful strategies, concepts, products, and experiences. As a senior UX Designer for over 8 years, Innovation Manager for 4+ years, and UX Manager for over a year, I have a proven track record in developing, building, and optimizing customer-driven UX, research, concept development, market exploration, and growth strategies and DesignOps. I combine this experience with a data- and analysis-driven mindset and a hunger for the unknown to formulate insights, achieve strategic goals with a team, and, at the same time, try to make the world a little bit better.
