However, still few companies are able to bring fresh ideas to the table and succeed, even startups. Sadly, many companies lack a solid vision and strategy or have one filled with meaningless buzzwords._What is the consequence? Too many ideas, too little time. Resources are used almost randomly. Due to overload and lack of alignment, results fail to materialize. Missing results and the desperate search for improvements prevent "saying no" where it is actually necessary. Valuable employees are overburdened, unmotivated and frustrated because there is no true success._Why Me? I excel at what I do by continuously experimenting and learning on my own. As former COO of Instaffo, one of Europe's fastest growing recruiting platforms, I co-led a team of +70 people for +6 years, using OKRs to drive our vision & mission forward while building & scaling the platform business. With +10 years of experience in startups, leadership & consulting, I've learned the value of embracing uncertainty and making the unknown known, a fulfilling, joyful and successful journey.
