Born an extrovert, I enjoy engaging with people from all walks of life and nothing intrigues me more than a good witty banter. A client-centric individual who assumed a Key Account Manager role for 5 years, I have proven to be dedicated in trouble-shooting issues, fostering strong partnerships, driving sales initiatives and strengthening the Singapore Airlines brand within the trade. Apart from account management, I’ve driven a series of trade events (including conceptualisation and operationalisation) and was consistently taking the initiative to pursue ways to push new products. I strongly believe in teamwork and have proven to be a dependable teammate. I’m currently with the Customer Insights team, leveraging on data to identify trends and uncover the needs of our customers. At SIA, exceeding customer expectations is embedded in our DNA. GenAI plays a key role in my team’s daily work. Having graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore (BBA, 2nd Upper Class Honours), my experiences have given me the opportunity to hone my skills and be skilled in project management, business strategy, business analysis and marketing. I possess and have demonstrated strong presentation and writing skills. As a retired gymnast I now enjoy a rejuvenating hot yoga session. Call me a dreamer, but I believe everyone has the power to change the world and I strive to make a difference however minute my actions may be.
