An investment in knowledge pays the best interest.”‐Benjamin Franklin Experienced Civil Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the real estate industry, building construction and infrastructure projects. Having completed my B.Tech in Construction Technology, summa cum laude, from the esteemed Centre for Environmental Planning and Technology (CEPT) University, Ahmedabad, India, I am currently pursuing my Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering with specialization in Project Management from the University of Calgary, Canada. Civil engineering, I believe, is the only field where one’s work can be perceived and felt directly by the senses and the entities created stay eternally for credit. It requires a lot of endurance, perseverance and management skills to be successful as a civil engineer. Abiding by this philosophy, I have always strived for excellence both academically and professionally. I am particularly inclined towards construction finance and upcoming construction technologies integrating with artificial intelligence and BIM. A quick learner with avid interest and curiosity and a preeminent ability to grasp details, I strongly believe in a furthered environment and society
