Worked in IT for nearly 10 years, providing technical support and assistance to hundreds of clients and assisting with training new technicians. Working mainly in a windows-based environment, troubleshooting POS software issues and third party hardware/peripherals. My current title is Senior Technician, I maintain and correct data issues in MS SQL Server. I provide assistance where needed, dealing with a fast-paced environment and incoming emergency issues, firearms issues, light networking, hardware configuration, assistance in debugging software, working in a team environment with Tech Support and other departments such as Implementation/Training and Development.
