The World Needs Leaders Who Build. I Am One of Them. I am Coviness M•••, a Global Visionary Leader, Humanitarian, and Country Director for Orphanage Help Inc.(OHI) Zambia. With 9 years of experience in transformational leadership, mental health advocacy, and social impact, I don’t just talk about change—I create it. From the very beginning, I understood one thing: Leadership isn’t about titles. It’s about impact. My journey started in 2017 at Kabwata Clinic, where I managed client records and tracked therapy progress—not just as a job, but as a mission. I wasn’t there to blend in. I was there to set a new standard. By 2020, I was a Mental Health Therapist at Chawama General Hospital, where I provided therapy to over 500 clients—adolescents, HIV patients, and individuals facing grief and trauma. My work wasn’t just about therapy sessions—it was about advocating for the forgotten, ensuring vulnerable youth received justice, and bridging the gap between healthcare and law enforcement. But I knew my impact had to go beyond hospital walls. I built programs. I mentored. I created solutions. Heart and Soul Transformational Therapy Center (2020–2022) – Providing therapy to differently-abled individuals and school programs that changed lives. Unstoppable Leadership Academy (2023) – Hosting campaigns like 30 Days of Breaking the Silence and 30 Days of Self-Love, reaching over 300 participants across Africa. National Television Leadership – Leading Mental Health Matters and Metamorphosis on Revelation TV Zambia—because a leader’s voice must be heard. And then, in August 2024, I stepped into my biggest leadership role yet: Country Director for Orphanage Help Inc. Zambia. The mission? To revolutionize humanitarian work. The Safe Space Breakfast Hub – Mental health innovation at its finest. Youth Entrepreneurship Empowerment Program – Because economic power is the future. 40-Hectare Farm Project – Sustainable agriculture meets foster care solutions. I build systems that work. I develop leaders who lead. I create impact that lasts. My purpose is clear: Position Zambia as a global beacon of humanitarian excellence. This is leadership. This is legacy.
