Expertise in operating Computer Numerical Control Lathes and Mills by using industrial standard CNC codes and able to create tool path for different parts in both Metric and US customary dimensions and able to program machining operations for both Mills and Lathes by manually and using Computer Aided Manufacturing software. Easily operates Industrial Robots for manufacturing operation of Automated Material handling and assembly. Skills to program robot with the help of ABB programming Language. Skills in reading and accurately interpreting industrial drawings and proficient user of AutoCAD 2D and Autodesk Inventor 3D. Knowledge and able to use metrology instruments like Micrometer, Vernier Calliper, Height Gauge etc. Skills of applying tolerances to dimensions according to Industrial Standards.
