As an administration and project coordination professional currently completing a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology), I love to think ‘big’, working in collaboration with like-minded others, contributing my breadth of expertise to support the successful delivery of critical projects and initiatives. As a ‘people’ person, I believe my key strength is the ability to connect with a broad range of diverse individuals from all works of life. Acknowledged by peers and managers for my openness, integrity and and inclusive approach, I am genuinely interested in the lived experience of others, building deep trust and connection through sharing of thoughts, opinions and ideas. For me, this means setting my own high professional standards and uniting the efforts of individuals and teams to deliver outstanding results. Added to this, is significant experience serving as a trusted partner to senior managers, tasked to establish the systems, processes and technologies required to enable sustainable business expansion and profitability. In all of my previous roles, I have been rapidly promoted into roles of increasing responsibility, reflecting my broad skills and capacity to add value within lean operating environments. With a genuine desire to enhance cultures and ways of working, I strengthened operational and sales performance with Be Floored, where, by embedding streamlined and effective operations frameworks and systems, I enabled the business to successfully transition from a small family owned company to a successful, professional, branded business.
