With a strong foundation in corporate law, my expertise lies in navigating complex M&A transactions across geographies as well as in India focussed deals. With a focus on corporate governance and an eye on the whole spectrum of transactions - spin offs, carve outs, demergers and restructuring, navigating corporate laws and regulation has been challenging and rewarding over the past 2 decades of my practise in India. I value the cultural nuances that shape business interactions and look keenly to align legal strategies with client-centric solutions. I also have an interest in the evolving semi conductor industry in India, AI regulation and EV developments, a lot of this interest spurred by my role as head of the Taiwan desk for our law firm. I enjoy working in an interconnected legal environment.
