For over 9 years, I have been in different jobs that molded me to become a professional who’s driven to provide quality output for the success of the company. I love learning that’s why aside from my degree in Management Accounting, I also have become a Licensed Professional Teacher. Currently, I am presently employed as a Workforce Analyst for more than a year where I develop my excel skills as well as in data analysis where a large volume of data is presented into valuable information. In my previous role as a Jr. Real Time Analyst, I learned to multi-task by creating excel reports (scorecard, data entry, agent’s productivity, etc.), scheduling, making PowerPoint presentations, and monitoring employees' adherence. I can also ace in providing good customer service. Equipped with training and experience from my previous job as a Customer Service Representative (healthcare and mobile network provider). This role taught me in dealing with various customers. Office staff for more than 3 years, responsible for invoices, sales report, van reconciliation, inventory, petty cash, schedule, and contacting potential clients to avail of our services.
