My mission is to align operations with the organization's values and goals, bringing a diverse perspective and rich experience that drive innovation and sustainable growth. With a relentless focus on continuous improvement, I am dedicated to developing efficient production systems and exploring new opportunities for the Coindu Group. Since January 2024, I have been defining and supervising the organization of the logistics and purchasing teams, ensuring the implementation of the Coindu Production System (CPS) and the integration of autonomous logistics equipment. With a distinctive ability to solve problems and manage teams, I contribute to the continuous evolution of our internal processes and information flow, strengthening Coindu's position as an innovative leader in the sector.
