As an expert in tailored design for web projects, including (mobile) apps, desktop applications, and web portals, my focus is on theming, custom controls, and frontend development. I employ agile project management methods and an agile leadership approach. Collaboration between software developers and UX experts is of particular importance to me. I am dedicated to improving communication and understanding between these disciplines. As a member of the "Changitors" team at UID, I actively support and empower UX experts and software developers in their work. My goal is to create innovative and user-friendly solutions that not only look great but also function effectively, providing an impressive user experience.
