About Me Hello! I'm a Policy Analyst at The Government Strategic Analysis Center, and I absolutely love diving into the world of public policy! My journey here is fueled by a deep-rooted passion for public service and a strong foundation in data-driven research. I'm thrilled to be part of a team where I can use my analytical skills to uncover insights that lead to effective and sustainable solutions for some of our society's most intriguing challenges. My Exciting Journey In the past 5 years, I've had the fantastic opportunity to work on a variety of projects spanning education, labor markets, employment, digitalization, and technology. Each day is a new adventure! I've also had the privilege of collaborating with prestigious clients like the European Commission, the Ministry of Education, Science and Sport of the Republic of Lithuania, EEA Norway Grants, and The Office of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania, among others. It's been an incredible journey of learning, growth, and making a real difference. My Research Adventures Research is my playground! I've honed my skills in qualititative research methods, using a mix of interviews, surveys, focus groups, impact assessment. These tools are my magic wands for exploring complex issues and drawing meaningful conclusions. My experience in conducting mixed-method research has been like a treasure hunt, uncovering valuable insights in public policy, education, labor markets, employment, digitalization, and advanced technologies.
