I am a highly committed and professional, enthusiastic elementary teacher with a knack for making learning exciting and enjoyable. I relate well with the young learners. Motivated by the belief that all children can be successful learners, I always embrace the differences in learning. I always believe in creating an agency for learners to empower students rather than simply engaging through hands-on activities. Project and inquiry-based learning have always played a key role in my lessons to identify real-world problems and challenging young minds to resolve problems. My students have always appreciated the gamification of the content. I strongly believe in a growth mindset and always encourage my students to challenge themselves and do better every day. I respect student-paced learning. Differentiated assessments and differentiated learning are the key players in accomplishing the 21-st century goals. My journey with English language learners enabled me to implement different pedagogical strategies.
