Expert in Digital Accessibility and Diversity-Sensitive Design | Human-Computer Interaction Since 2010, I have been researching and developing in the fields of digital accessibility, human-computer interaction, adaptive user interfaces, and artificial intelligence. My primary focus is on diversity-conscious design, meaning the development of technologies that adapt to individual abilities and needs – a mission where technology adapts to us, not the other way around. This is not only about people with disabilities, but about all people. After all, we all have different needs and abilities, whether over the course of a day, a week, or throughout various phases of life. My expertise from research is applied in practice at a11y design GmbH. As a service provider, software developer and product developer, our goal is to implement accessible digital solutions and development principles in concrete projects for our clients.
