10+ years experience in sport including 8 years in high-level environment. My professional career started in the club of the city I come from, Rouen (France). I worked over there during 3 years as an assistant fencing coach to get more experience after his sport studies. Then I moved to Switzerland to take the lead of La Chaux-de-fonds fencing club as the Head fencing coach. After a great development of the club in terms of recruitment and results, I was given the opportunity to work in the regional fencing structure located in Basel canton as sporting director. This 4 years experience was a wonderful formation in my career as manager, trough it I've got the time to find and develop my own way of leadership. Then, I had the opportunity to work as a sporting director of the Hellerup fencing club (in Denmark) and national head coach of the danish epee team (in Denmark as well). Nowadays, I am currently working (as head fencing coach for senior category) at TSV Bayer 04 Leverkusen (in Germany).
