Passionate about Retail and Fashion, for more than 13 years, I have been driving the commercial development of high-visibility sales business units in the luxury field. I particularly like to create and develop a team of experts embodying a refined and inspiring universe for our clients. My professional career is focused on three iconic and international companies: Burberry, Printemps Department Store, Miu Miu, who have nurtured my expertise in Sales Management, Customer Relations and Retail Excellence. What defines me: ¤ Leading by example, I recruit and develop a team of talents with high potential, up to 25 people in direct management and 100 people in transversal management. ¤ My customer focus and attention to detail allow me to coach the team on Retail Excellence and drive the loyalty strategy. ¤ Having a strong product sensitivity combined with a result orientation, I optimize the commercial performance of my point of sale in relation to the evolution of the Brand. ¤ Enthusiastic to lead and unite the team on new projects, I participate in the renovation of the floor layout, the implementation of effective procedures and digitalization in the store.
