I am a Programme Manager and a Gender and Diversity Specialist with over 15 years of international experience designing, leading, and scaling impactful programmes that drive social inclusion and equality across Europe, Latin America, Africa, and the MENA region. My work is rooted in fostering institutional transformation, policy innovation, and civil society empowerment, delivering sustainable change in education, research, innovation, arts, and culture sectors. I bring a strong track record in programme design, coordination, evaluation, and grant management. Specializing in gender mainstreaming, intersectional analysis, and participatory methodologies, I develop and manage inclusive programmes and initiative that promote systemic change and enhance diverse voices and leadership. I leverage strategic foresight and human rights approaches to ensure programmes not only meet immediate goals but also generate lasting social and cultural transformation, job opportunities, and inclusive sustainable solutions. I am a yoga teacher since 2015, I combine the human rights and empowerment approach with the yoga practice, to support and unleash positive changes in people’s life. I have specialized in two specific areas: yoga therapy for women's health and menstrual education.
