Currently, I work at Shwetech Co,ltd as a Section Head of Product. I've been there for over 4 years. My responsibilities include mentor to juniors, requirement gathering and negotiation of the functions needed by customers for Project Implementation, setup the system with actual data and prepare for go live and then Training to End User and Support the client during the usage of the system. I always work on concentrate about the customer satisfaction. Before working at Shwetech, I worked in FPT Myanmar Co,ltd. as Software Implementer and Trainer about a 3 months project contract. This role really developed about DMS implementation, Installation and managing SQL server in a standalone environment and then had to get strong experience in relational databases. This DMS system is now used in Unilever, one of the distribution companies. And then the previous experience is Training Manager in the Computer Training Center (MagicEye Co,ltd). Manage the timetable of staff, students and monthly report and Train about basic and advanced courses of the computer. I had a lot of good experiences with computers. My first experience is IT Technician in a Software Service Company (Diamond Palace Services Co,ltd) about 6 months. I did projects using wordpress, html and css and maintaining these projects.
