I'm a change leader. I know it's a well-worn term, but that's what I am. Both my current and past jobs are characterised by change. Either it was a legislative, market, or offering-related change. I'm at my most natural in that role. And I have made a profit, saved several organisations and also ensured that working life would be better for everyone. Life consists of more of course, but the working definitions are; performance, leadership, growth, people management and always forward ‍. Excellence Finland Experienced CEO with over 15 years of experience in business development and strategic management. Currently, responsible for the organization's overall performance and growth strategy. Achievements - The entire offering of the community has been modified to meet the requirements of modern demand from customers- The organization has focused on providing value to its members and major change projects to its customers. The purpose is to help customer organizations to increase their performance and management- Significant change projects that have transformed Excellence Finland into a service company for its members and customers- Both communities are growing financially and in terms of membership. In my previous role as Business Director at Encore Ympäristöpalvelut Oy, I was responsible for the recycled materials business, which comprised of approximately EUR 45 million turnover in the Group yearly. In this position, I had extensive responsibility for both material procurement and the development of service packages. At the time, I was also responsible for IT-governance when we launched together with Microsort Finlands largest Microsoft D365 project`, which significantly improved the efficiency of operations. Achievements - At the system level, I invested in predictability and automation with the help of a new ERP system. This significantly reduced costs for customers and the company- The new ERP system has been in use since September 2019. Finland's largest Microsoft project- Services grew by about 50 per cent. This was done by renewing the expert service and by considering differentiating factors in sales work- I participated in customer relationship management and sales work. Earlier in my career, I worked at Finnpilot, where I was responsible for a wide range of business development and operative management. In my role as Chief Administrative Officer and Deputy CEO, I developed business finance and HR processes, negotiated collective agreements and developed IT systems, among other things.
