Leonardo has more than 26 years of experience in the area of planning, scheduling, cost estimating and project controls in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Mining industry, working with the more important companies of engineering and construction on National and International level. Development of capital cost estimates and construction programs for design stage projects, and under execution. Implementation of project controls procedures, integrated with engineering, procurement and contract administration. Development and monitoring of deviation schedules from the project’s original scope and capital cost. Elaboration and implementation of technical bases, conditions of measurement and payment to subcontracts, formats, database for the construction progress control. Other activities include analysis of the performance of work, development of curves histograms, weekly and monthly progress reports including variance analysis, performance factors, and productivity rates. Throughout his professional career, he has held positions ranging from Progress Control at the beginning, Cost Engineer, to project controls Department Manager, both in home office and field, thus acquiring all the necessary experience to perform these positions with total professionalism. Currently with more than 5 years of experience as General Manager and co-founder in a technology company, performing administrative functions, and relationship with clients, and strategic partners.
