Deputy Director for Development at the National Forum of Music in Wrocław, Poland. From 2011-2022, she was Manager of the NFM Wrocław Philharmonic, responsible for building the orchestra’s international position, focusing among others, on artistic programming and operations, as well as the touring, commissioning of new works and recording activities of the ensemble. The experience she has successfully gained over the past decade working from the perspective of the orchestra, influencing the brand of NFM as well as its’ ensembles, festivals and educational projects has been foundational in her approach and work in her current role which she took up in 2022. Being a strong believer in the importance of collaboration, she has been deeply involved in building alliances with partners from Poland and abroad, including a global collaboration network of concert venues (Family of Halls). More recently, she is also responsible for the organization and program co-curation of the International Conference of Orchestras "Orchestras Now!", hosted by the National Forum of Music. Natalia holds a Masters degree in Piano Performance from the Moniuszko Academy of Music in Gdańsk and a cultural management degree from the Warsaw School of Economics. Her educational background and personal development have included the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London and the Association of British Orchestra’s Find Your Way programme. In 2022 she graduated from the Leadership Academy for Poland.
