During my professional experience as a manager, changing the structure and build a team of professionals was the challenge in all the positions I had, starting with the year 2007. I had to expand the team, to make them to work like a single mechanism but in the same time acting as independent individuals. This implied changing the mentality and habits of the team members, setting new high standards, training soft skills, gaining the ability to better understand and satisfy client demands in order to regain the trust in the company and its image on market. Safety, Quality and Client satisfaction (in this order) are the main drivers for me and lead by example is part of my personal culture. A clean and organized environment in all areas it’s my status quo.
