About

On the record

I am deeply passionate about human rights, sustainable development and public policy analysis, particularly as they relate to Africa and youth empowerment. After recently completing my master's in Public Management and Leadership at Leiden University, I feel even more equipped to contribute to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals in the places where I will have the opportunity to work. My journey has been shaped by meaningful experiences with NGOs and an internship at the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, where I supported efforts related to human rights in East and Southern Africa. As a founding member of Association Alolé-Alomé, I have had the privilege of leading initiatives aimed at reshaping our organization to better serve our mission. From restructuring operations to implementing various projects that support marginalized communities, it has been rewarding to see our collective efforts make tangible impacts. One of my proudest moments was organizing and facilitating the Youth Roundtables in Siou (Doufelgou Prefecture), which brought together over a hundred young people to identify the challenges they face and propose actionable policy recommendations. Having recently completed my role as an International Program Assistant at FIACAT, I had the opportunity to work on ambitious projects aimed at abolishing the death penalty across 22 countries—a cause I deeply care about. This experience provided invaluable insights into navigating complex political and legislative landscapes while advocating for fundamental human rights. I am currently seeking new opportunities where I can apply my skills in project management and policy research within international organizations or NGOs focused on human rights and sustainable development initiatives. If you are looking for someone who is committed to making a difference through meaningful work or if you have any insights into potential roles that might fit my background—feel free to reach out!
