As the Founder of EGG Engage Grow Go (Registered Charity Number 1196731), I created an innovative charity focused on empowering individuals with lived experience of homelessness to secure employment or launch their own businesses. EGG employs a unique, person-centered methodology, emphasising intensive support planning and outcome-driven interventions that foster long-term motivation and inspiration. With over three decades of experience in the charity sector, I have personally raised over £5 million through diverse fundraising initiatives, grants, and events. My dedication to addressing poverty extends to founding and developing a transformative homeless service, evolving it from a volunteer-led operation into a comprehensive frontline resource center. Through personally developed protocols and services, I have facilitated the rehousing of over individuals and overseen the provision of more than 1 million meals to disadvantaged people. My contributions were recognized with the Queen's Award for Voluntary Service MBE in 2014. My expertise spans: Homelessness support, rough sleeping initiatives, community outreach, mental health advocacy, strategic fundraising, grant acquisition, project management, social media engagement, and marketing.
