I am an experienced Human Resources Professional with more than 20 years experience in a wide variety of organisations, which has provided me with an in depth understanding of different sectors and how they function, for example Technology, Healthcare, Not For Profit, and Financial Services. I’ve coached Management and Leaders throughout my career, and I recently completed a Professional Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring in order to build on my Coaching skills. I am passionate about people reaching their full potential and I have enjoyed supporting and coaching individuals in this endeavour throughout my career, not only in businesses but also in the Disability and Mental Health Sectors. HR Professional with more than 20 years experience working in a variety of sectors, for example Healthcare, Not for Profit,Banking and Technology. Knowledgeable in all areas of HR with particular expertise in Recruitment and Retention, Training and Development, Employee Handbooks, Employment Law and Compliance, Managing Grievances, Disciplinary Procedures and Workplace Investigations. Holds a Masters in Human Resource Management and most recently a Professional Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring. Passionate about people and the value that the Human Resources function can bring to how people experience work.
