Throughout my career, I have held many executive positions in process and product management, research and development (R&D), engineering, customer service, and business development. Holding a Master of Science (MS) degree with an emphasis in analytical chemistry, I have a proven track record in the battery industry. My personal and professional experiences have taught me the following about myself:• I love to win, but helping the team win gives me more pleasure.• Everything I do is centered around the customer. I like digging into customer problems and solving their problems with modern technology. Knowing what the customer needs, and getting them the product or solution, they need are things I really enjoy.• I continue to educate, refine, and push myself to become a better person, I am always learning because I never settle and I believe there is always something to learn.• I have a dynamic communication style. I am adept at building relationships quickly, building trust with colleagues, and motivating others to act. I enjoy meeting and working with new people and hearing new perspectives.
