With over fifteen years of experience in leadership development, team coaching, individual coaching, health management, and post-traumatic stress management, I collaborate with professionals and managers in both Quebec-based and international companies. My mission is to guide and train individuals in the areas of coaching, emotional intelligence, health, workplace energy, communication, team management, and leadership. My approach is holistic and grounded in the emergence of in-the-moment exchanges to co-create sustainable growth experiences. I prioritize andragogy and a solution-focused approach, inspired by neuroscience and the various frameworks, structures, and theories I’ve acquired throughout my career.
