Currently working as a Full-time Research Assistant at the Institute of Robust Power Semiconductor Systems, University of Stuttgart, with 4+ years of hands-on experience in embedded firmware, FPGA-based control systems, and real-time simulation using dSPACE, Simulink, and STM32 MCUs. I am focusing on predictive control of power electronics using digital twins, integrating tools like CARLA Simulator, ROS2, and MQTT into dSPACE systems for real-time RUL estimation of power semiconductors. I am also working on the design and testing of high-voltage PCBs and implementation of advanced gate driver control for automotive power modules.
