I have wide knowledge about finance, production, logistics, HR and market research reporting. I have developed and implemented year planning and forecasting tools to the business. My strength is defining and designing business requirements into a database solution. I’m also good at documentation and testing. I have solid know-how about projects. I have been a project manager and a project team member in a different kinds of reporting applications implementation projects and also version upgrade projects. I have defined and implemented user authorizations into the reporting systems. I have educated end users and key users in Finnish and in English and I operate well in international working environment. I develop and implement new requirements quickly. I am a strict and thorough person who likes facts. I master routines, processes, and rules. I operate industriously, responsibly, and dutifully. When part of a team, I am an efficient organizer of practical matters, and I have the ability to monitor and enhance practical processes or bring projects to completion. I am also good at improving the quality of operations and services. I cooperate well with other organizations and stakeholders and I am a friendly person in customer service work.
