As a P3MO Assistant at InnovationSL, I contribute to the management and coordination of SLEDP project that aim to foster innovation and social change in Sierra Leone. I support the project teams with planning, monitoring, and reporting. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Njala University, where I graduated with honors in 2021. During my studies, I was a fellow at Purposeful, Advocacy & movement-building team that empowers women and girls. I participated in various advocacy and campaign initiatives, such as the #EndRapeCulture and #GirlUp campaigns, and facilitated trainings and dialogues for young women and girls on leadership, gender, and social justice. I am passionate about creating a safe and inclusive space for marginalized women and girls, especially those with disabilities. I am a Christian West African woman, feminist, change agent, and patriotic Sierra Leonean, and I am inspired by Michelle Obama's words:"Don't be afraid. Be focused. Be determined. Be hopeful. Be empowered."
