Claus began his career in recruitment in 1995 and founded L••• & Partners Executive Search in 1998. After having run the company for 25 years, he sold the company in 2023. Claus was then employed for eight months by the new owner, after which it was immensely sad to see the company file for bankruptcy. In 2024, Claus founded and started L••• Executive Search, together with former colleagues from L••• & Partners, to continue what he loves – to work with executive search, consulting, and organisational development in some of the world’s largest cooperations as well as smaller businesses. L••• Executive Search will continue to carry on and be known for quality and integrity. Since 1995, Claus has carried out more than 900 successful recruitments with a hit rate of more than 99%. He is primarily engaged in the recruitment of chairmen, board members, CEOs, directors, and experienced specialists. His greatest strengths are his analytical approach to corporate challenges, his in-depth human knowledge as well as his uncompromising quality. This clearly shows in his work as headhunter, sparring partner, and coach for executives at the top of the business community both in Denmark and internationally.
