I am a Sales & Distribution Professional with hands-on experience across FMCG, home appliances, and lighting product industries. Having progressed from field operations to leading sales teams, I bring a comprehensive understanding of distribution processes, area development, and strategic relationship building with key partners—from wholesalers and Pareto outlets to general trade channels. Currently, I serve as an Area Sales Supervisor for Philips Home Appliances Division, where I lead and coach sales teams to deliver strong coverage execution, sell-in growth, and operational excellence across multiple branches. Previously, I joined the Borwita Sales Future Leader (Management Trainee) program, which equipped me with end-to-end business insights, leadership mindset, and problem-solving skills required to grow as a future sales leader. Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated adaptability, strong communication, and a target-driven approach. My achievements include securing 1st Rank in both Q3 and Q4 of 2022 at PT Surya Madistrindo for multiple Gudang Garam product categories—an accomplishment that reflects my commitment to performance and continuous improvement. I am passionate about building high-performing teams, expanding sales territories, and creating sustainable growth across all distribution channels.
