About
On the record
Labor law attorney with over five years of experience at Garrigues, advising national and international companies in sectors such as tourism, transportation, pharmaceuticals, finance, and retail. Throughout my career, I have managed over 100 court cases, collective restructuring processes, and due diligence for M&A projects. My passion for law and interest in Japanese culture led me to obtain the MEXT Scholarship, awarded by the Japanese Ministry of Education, to broaden my professional and academic horizons. I am currently pursuing a master’s degree in Law and Public Policy at Kumamoto University, focusing on Japanese and comparative labor law. Additionally, I have published several academic articles in specialized journals and actively participate in forums and research groups related to labor law in Japan. I am committed to residing long-term in Japan and contributing value to the international legal field. If you are interested in collaborating or exploring synergies, feel free to contact me.
