During my tenure, I have developed a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the business, including operations, sales, corporate functions, and administration. I'm particularly passionate about the timber industry and silvopasture. My proven track record of delivering transformational projects includes relocating Baywood’s operations, developing the initial green-mill, and acquiring a retail business arm. As chairman, my role focuses on developing and implementing the strategic directives that will propel continued growth and sustainability.
