22 years enrollment strategy, planning and projection through data analysis; facilitating successful data informed communities *Progressive management and leadership experience; relationship builder across administration and academic landscapes *A comprehensive understanding and appreciation for diverse institutions and educational settings I have had the privilege to work with a variety of students, ie; high school to the college experience and pre-professional to competitive and professional medical and veterinary medical (AVMA) programs. Dedicated enrollment management professional with 22 years of progressive enrollment experience including computing data/reporting analysis, design and input, from database systems (Ellucian- Datatel and Banner) to maximizing CRM platforms such as Hobsons EMT, Salesforce and Recruit (Ellucian) for efficient strategic outreach and processing, to Cosmos, for historical data. The biggest lesson I have learned in my Enrollment Management experience is, not every school can be everything to everyone. Effectively using reporting and data is the start and the integral piece to identifying that “fit” for an Institution. Strategic marketer from identifying primary, secondary and tertiary search markets and building demand through traditional demographics as well as behavioral factors and mindsets. Well versed in all facets of admission practices, my passion is two fold- data/operations and relationship building. It takes a village to recruit, retain and cultivate a community. Each of the Institutions for which I have worked has introduced new challenges in leading teams, technology, social media, and global awareness which provided me the tools to skillfully and effectively execute enrollment initiatives. My background in organizational behavior has led to talent retention, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for my teams. HR, valuing our human capital, is at the heart of an effective organism.
