Notably, I lead the establishment of a new call centre, successfully creating a conducive workspace, recruiting top talent, and mentoring a capable call centre manager to lead the branch. As a proactive manager, I have implemented various impactful changes, including motivation bonuses, structural enhancements, and optimised onboarding processes. My colleagues recognise me as a trustworthy, loyal, experienced, energetic, and positive individual, often referring to me as a natural leader. I attribute my leadership selection to my optimistic mindset, problem-solving initiative, and ability to generate multiple ideas and solutions. I must admit, sometimes I overthink, but these detours always lead to new ideas and solutions.
