A sales manager must find out what the customer really needs by understanding the situation better than the customer themselves. He must organize his team to provide a solution balancing the technological, financial, and preferential realities, and must successfully inspire the customer to embrance this vision. Leadership by setting example inspires the team. My team members in company PBS are all first class. They are responsible, dedicated, proud of what they do, and they see sense in their work. No technological or market insights I have learned during my 30 years of experience in sales are more important than these timeless basics.
