I am an experienced and engaging marketing, business development and events specialist with a unique background in professional services, the mining and minerals industry, the third sector and consultancy. My professional experience includes leading re-branding exercises, including website delivery, associated high level events, leveraging apps as BD tools for law firms, taking responsibility for online marketing, producing news releases and writing copy. Facilitating Partners retreats and writing subsequent reports and strategies arising, as well as implementing same on a consultancy basis. I help your firm to strengthen its market and brand presence, so that you can carry on assisting your clients. I enjoy helping businesses at whatever stage they are in their client engagement, business development or marketing journey. I specialise in marketing and business development for professional services firms, with a particular interest in assisting law firms with all elements of their business development, events and marketing offering. However, my skills are transferable to other sectors, including the charitable sector. In my experience, businesses often require someone who understands their marketplace, to-Implement marketing and BD strategies-Plan, execute and follow up excellent client events-Update, re-design and provide new content for websites, e.g. following a re-brand or re- structuring of their business-Provide social media training-Set up or update social media profiles for lawyers and their firm or chambers-Draft and publish news releases-Liaise with web, app and collateral designers and developers.
