On 1 November 2020 I onboarded my new assignment in the Swedish bank SBAB Bank as Operative Head of Corporate and Associations Business. On January 1st 2023 I took on the role of Head of Business Area Corporate & Associations and become a member of the SBAB group management team. Since October 2025 I also am a board member of Booli (Booli Search Technologies AB). Over my 35 years' in the finance- banking- and life & pensions industry I have had the opportunity to together with colleagues, customers and key stakeholders build successful organizations that are characterized by collaboration, relationships, commitment and perseverance. I have a strong drive to develop and change businesses into the positive. My passion and a red thread during my career has been in the SME segment and to support businesses and entrepreneurs by relevant financial services, helping them to reach their goals and succeed in their mission. Previous: 1,5 years in Nordea as Nordic Head of Strategy & Propositions, Business Banking. 100 People in 11 teams in the 4 Nordic countries supporting 2.500 employees serving corporate customers in the Nordics. Highest employee motivation score in the BB division- 2,5 years in Nordea as Head of Nordea Business Banking, Sweden, with 550 employees serving customers through physical, remote and digital channels. Development 2016-2017: Operating profit +100%- 2 years in SEB Life & Pension as Head of Sales Sweden, with responsibility for sales and distribution of insurance & pension products. The sales organisation employed 310 people covering multichannel; own Insurance advisors, RMs & Private Advisors in SEB Retail/Merchant banking, KAM, Callcenter, On-line and Brokers. Achievements: Sales turn from negative to an increase by 50% over the last 2 years, 35% above target- 11 years in SEB Retail Banking, whereof three years as Branch- and District manager and then 8 years as Head of SME segment in Sweden, where the number of active SME customers increased from to and over 120% revenue growth- 15 years experience from financing companies (leasing, rental, hire purchase, vendor distribution), whereof two start-ups (Trygg Finans and SEB Finans).
