Twenty-six years of service in the U.S. Navy’s Civil Engineer Corps. Completed service as a Captain, a Registered Professional Engineer, Level Contracting Officer, with a Top Secret clearance. Career included command of an Amphibious Construction (Seabee) Battalion and command of the Presidential Retreat, Camp David- Five plus years with Tetra Tech, EC, leading the business development efforts for their construction/remediation program- Joined Project Time & Cost (PT & C) to help lead and grow the consulting, project management/ construction management division- In February 2013, established Involve, LLC, a SDVOSB, delivering win-win, collaborative results for partners and clients.
