25 years of R&D expertise. An innovator and problem solver! Worked most of my career in high-tech R&D and in various managing positions in Defense industry. I'm excellent in strategic planning. I have strong motivating skills and with my technical background I'm easily approachable by technical experts. Though I'm capable of making business decisions based on economical facts, I have also an emotional approach towards employees to give them positive and rewarding feedback when they deserve it.
