About
On the record
We help organizations understand and meet their legal obligations around accessibility. This not only ensures compliance, but also fosters a more inclusive environment for everyone. Our strategic insight will guide you through the process and make it feel less daunting, especially for those who are new to the concepts or feel overwhelmed by the legal requirements. We help leaders see that accessibility isn’t just about ticking boxes, but about creating practical, context-sensitive solutions that align with the organization’s goals. Accessibility can feel less like a burden and more like an opportunity to enhance the organization’s operations and impact. We understand both sides—the organization’s needs and the individuals seeking accessibility—which helps us connect on a deeper level with our customers and find solutions that feel like a win for everyone. We invite people with disabilities into the conversation which not only gives real-world insight into the challenges, but also shifts the narrative from abstract issues to tangible, human experiences. These conversations create a space for empathy and understanding to flourish—people in positions of power could hear directly from those impacted, and people living with disabilities hear about the unique challenges an organization might face when increasing accessibility. This workshop-style approach where both people with disabilities and managers work together on solutions fosters collaboration and gets everyone on the same page. It's powerful because it turns accessibility from something that’s “done to” people with disabilities into something that's co-created, with everyone contributing. Our customers say our approach to this work has made a lasting, meaningful impact on them both professionally and personally! My working style: I focus on creating an inclusive and judgment-free space for people to grow, especially as they learn about accessibility and disability, which can be intimidating topics. It is rewarding to watch people transition from uncertainty to confident action, knowing that the changes they make ripple out into creating more diverse and welcoming communities.
