As Field Service Engineer since 2016, working on analytical equipment (chromatography, elemental analysis and spectrometry). Over the years, in addition to technical expertise, I have acquired a specific personal attitude on customer care. Have learnt to use a clear communication language, have improved my interactions with customers and developed an ability to resolve problems tactfully and diplomatically as they arise. Found this attitude helpful to create strong relationship with my team. Furthermore I have used part of my time to crosslink customer with our Company sales sharing informations from the field.
