I got into Customer care field and consumer services in 2017. My first time to have a face to face interview was at (Orange Egypt Mobile network operator company). Orange Group is an international telecommunications operator, providing services in France, Spain, Poland, Belgium, and Luxembourg, Central European countries, Africa, and Middle East. Working there made me discover my skills in negotiation, communication and solving problems, I have since progressed. IFIX Egypt, helps employees into delevoping their creativity and taking appropriate decisions within a short span of time. In my post I learned an additional skill; Sales skill. This skill helped pave the way to the next stage of my career. According to my previous experiences in the workfield, I had a solid background that qualified me to be the Head of the reception department. This contributed into guiding my team into reaching client satisfaction. Consulting for clients to give some advices for how they investing in their own properties or how they're choosing them based on market value to make the best decision.
