I'm an IT Manager with a solid background in the hotel and sports club industry, making sure that technology runs smoothly behind the scenes so that guests and members get the best experience possible. Over the years, I've handled everything from setting up secure networks and managing CCTV systems, to supporting hotel property management systems (PMS), POS integrations, and ensuring reliable internet for both staff and guests. I’ve worked closely with operations teams to make sure tech supports—not slows down—daily business. In the hospitality space, I’ve helped multiple hotel properties stay connected, efficient, and secure—whether it's through centralizing backups, managing cloud services like Google Workspace, or troubleshooting complex on-site setups. In the sports and leisure club side, I’ve also supported tech for facilities like gyms, golf simulators, restaurants, and member portals. I enjoy solving problems, streamlining IT systems, and finding cost-effective solutions that really work in day-to-day operations. My goal is always to support great service and make tech simple for the people using it. If it's related to IT in hospitality or recreation, I’ve probably dealt with it—and I’m always learning and looking for better ways to get things done.
