Working for over a decade in various regulated sectors, particularly in Energy/Power and Technology/Telecommunications, since 2023, Clinger has led the regulatory area of the climatech Lemon Energia, working across various topics in sustainability, energy, and technology. Throughout his career, he has worked intensively both in litigation, with the Judiciary and Public Administration, and in advisory and consultancy roles, analyzing market intelligence and strategic issues. Furthermore, he has extensive experience in institutional and governmental representation of significant agents and players with various federal, state, and municipal entities. Additionally, since 2020, he has been involved in different projects of diversity, equity, and inclusion, understanding the importance of the Social pillar also for the business sustainability.
