Skilled in Health & Life Insurance management, Customer Service, Sales & Marketing, Claims Handling as well as a consultant for Life Insurance and Investment with professional certification from LOMA as Associate, Customer Service (ACS), Associate, Life Management Institute (ALMI), Malaysian Insurance Institute (MII) and Federation of Investment Managers Malaysia (FIMM). Apart of technically strong in insurance industry, I am also passionate in helping people who need support and guidance in their life situations particularly those who are struggling with all sorts of life and health issues with my life experiences and wisdom gained along my journey. Hence, I’ve got myself trained and certified to be a hypnotherapist registered with British Society Clinical Hypnosis (BSCH) in UK as well as Malaysia Society Clinical Hypnosis (MSCH) specialised in stress management, weight management as well as behavioural change.
