I'm a highly motivated marine biologist with a First Class Honours Degree in Marine Biology with integrated Masters from the University of Southampton. My academic journey has equipped me with a strong foundation in marine science, complemented by practical skills crucial for impactful research. I'm proficient in RStudio, possess skills in otolith aging, and skilled in crafting clear, concise scientific reports and policy documents. I also possess strong presentation skills, allowing me to effectively communicate complex scientific information to diverse audiences. Beyond my academics, I'm a BSAC Open Water Scuba Diver and hold a Level 2 RYA Powerboat License, demonstrating my commitment to hands-on marine experiences. My passion lies in elasmobranch ecology and fisheries, and I'm eager to contribute to this field through a challenging and rewarding career. I'm keen to apply my knowledge and skills to understand and protect these vital marine species.
